NOTICE: Lower Shore Workforce Alliance has developed its comprehensive four-year local plan. The public is invited to review and comment on the plan. Individuals who wish to provide feedback on the plan may do so by submitting comments via email at info@lswa.org or by mail at 31901 Tri-County Way, Suite 215, Salisbury MD 21804. Comments will be accepted until March 31, 2021. Access the plan by clicking here.


The Lower Shore Workforce Alliance is a division of the Tri-County Council for the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland. The organization provides policy and oversight for Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funds and programs. WIOA services are primarily delivered at the Lower Shore American Job Center located at 31901 Tri-County Way in Salisbury, Maryland.


Steering Committee meetings are held at least quarterly. Upcoming meeting dates are subject to change. Meetings are held at the American Job Center in Salisbury MD from 1:30 to 3:30.
